This Week in Diving

We had lots of folks this week from Washington DC... especially noteworthy due to the big election day Nov 7th also falling this week....hmmm.... coincidence?

We had AOW students Kara and Mark. They learned about currents, and diving at night! Now they are ready for it all! Nancy is certified, but hadn't yet passed the 60 foot mark. We fixed that, she is now hooked and ready to show hubby Mike how its done!

Jan and Dave did their introductory dives, although this isn't the first one for either of them. That was obvious. Had them do their mask and regulator skills at the surface and they both looked at me like, SO... CAN WE DIVE NOW!!! Jan's wife Walsa stayed on the boat and saw a pod of dolphins swim over us...which we didn't see.

Don (from DC) wasn't told he was allowed to BREATHE the air in his tank. He couldn't believe we were all out of air after an hour at Anglers Reef!

Phil from Florida - this guy dives wrecks every day after work back home. He has a sharp eye, and the one to follow to find the shy critters, like the elusive Harlequin shrimp!
