From Turtle Bay:

Coming out of Turtle Bay Resort, turn right on HWY 83 (Kamehameha Hwy). You probably have already seen Shark’s Cove on your many drives up the coast. The cove has a parking and picnic area and is almost DIRECTLY across from Foodland.

If you pass the Sunset Beach Fire Station, you’ve gone too far! If you’re really having a hard time, look for the Aaron’s Dive Shop van!
